Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced veterinary professional who is dependable, positive, and committed to excellent patient and client care. While prior experience is required, we provide thorough onboarding to help you learn our systems, protocols, and workflow. We are looking for someone to help cover some of our weekend shifts. as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assist with or perform exams, treatments, diagnostic procedures, and patient care
- Be able to restrain and handle both cats and dogs in a safe, gentle manner for exams and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian.
- Be able to draw blood samples and place iv catheters.
- Support surgical and dental procedures, including patient prep and monitoring anesthesia
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, check clients in and out, and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinic environment
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and effective daily operations
- Communicate effectively with clients about issues and concerns that clients may have.
Qualifications
- Previous veterinary experience required
- Strong technical and client communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and phone communication
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7 – 14 per week
Work Location: In person
