We are currently seeking a US Regional Finance Manager to join our Boart Longyear team in Salt Lake City, UT.+Qualifications+
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; CPA CMA MBA highly desirable. 10+ years progressive finance accounting experience with strong emphasis on FP A commercial finance P L management Experience managing CAPEX evaluations including ROIC assessments Proven ability lead mentor financial teams complex fast paced environment Background managing regional financial operations preferably drilling services sector Must be authorized work US Must have valid Driver License +Responsibilities+Oversee manage region's profit/loss P L statement ensuring alignment corporate objectives Prepare capital expenditures CAPEX business cases evaluating Return on Invested Capital ROIC for individual projects divisions Provide insights into financial performance division project level support decision-making Review commercial proposals terms financial impact completeness ensuring alignment regional strategy capacity Assist cash management region supporting optimal liquidity financial efficiency Lead preparation regional forecast budget conducting bi-weekly reviews monthly roll-ups Develop cash flow statements analyses each business unit division Create monthly KPI financial report pack balance sheets cash flow analysis P L by division region Drive Operational Excellence through analysis of financial performance highlighting opportunities optimize ROIC tracking performance improvement initiatives reporting back operations leaders Partner Regional Director track manage operating agenda including commercial operational growth cadence reviews Maintain commercial pipeline monitor support upcoming opportunities Provide financial expertise new country entry proposals US region Manage regional financial team providing leadership mentoring performance oversight Oversee contract administrators ensure accurate complete billing Manage third-party service providers ensuring high-quality deliverables cost-effectiveness Oversee North America Controller ensure accurate day-to-day handling statutory reports audits Assist Global Controller global audit process ensuring regional compliance Manage audit regional statutory reports accuracy adherence regulations Provide detailed comparisons actual+Benefits,+
