    Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance job requires organizational and administrative expertise for effectively working together as a team.

    • Light Electrical (replacing and installing switches, sockets, light bulbs)
    • Drywall and special projects as needed.
    • Plumbing (replace sinks and toilets)
    • Pressure washing and painting.
    • Light carpentry (replace doors and locks)
    • Maintaining pool area to include blowing deck, cleaning pool furniture, pressure washing and picking up palm fronds.
    • Light irrigation (replacing heads and working with irrigation vendor)
    • Light lifting to move tables and chairs within clubhouse.
    • Gate knowledge to reset gates or conduct minor repairs.
    • Ensuring that all maintenance activities are appropriately carried out.
    • Maintaining and upholding the quality and standards of the community while staying within budget.
    • Record of all maintenance and service activities conducted and preparing a preventative maintenance program.
    • Works with vendors to obtain proposals and execute projects at the direction of the Property Manager.
    • Communication skills for ordering supplies and maintaining stock of maintenance and janitorial supplies.
    • Ability to be on call for emergencies (mostly applicable to the gate)
    • Ability to evaluate the community and determine necessary work to be done & evaluates issues and escalates to management and ability to recommend solutions.


    Full-Time 8am-4pm Monday-Friday On Call Weekends
    Pay Scale $23.00 DOE
