What you will be doing:

• Handle and litigate a caseload of medical malpractice and high-value personal injury cases.
• Transition and take over cases from a retiring partner.
• Collaborate with a full-time exclusive paralegal for support.

Experience you will need:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a medical malpractice and personal injury litigation attorney.
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Proven courtroom and trial experience with a strong history of successful case outcomes.
