    Full-Time Forklift Operator Needed
    • 80 Hours of PTO front-loaded on day 1

    • Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8am- 5pm

    A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EXPERIENCED FORKLIFT DRIVER

    As a Forklift driver you will become certified on a Forklift through Airstream Adventures and maintain certification throughout your employment. You will perform a daily Forklift checklist, and then use the Forklift to safely move RV trailers inside and outside of Technician bays to help achieve production standards. You will also communicate with the Service and Sales teams via walkie-talkie and maintain our dealership's standard of excellence in quality and service. You will thoroughly inspect units for damage and communicate any damage to the manager. You will also assist guests in hooking and unhooking trailers as needed. The Forklift driver does a little bit of everything

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • 2+ years Forklift driving experience is preferred.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
    • Previous experience utilizing tools appropriate to skill level.
    • Previous experience communicating with a variety of people.
    • Awareness, Drive, Ownership, Passion, Execution
    • Good communication skills and ability to with teams

    • Bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items - The team member is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Requires the ability to move around and maneuver products when necessary.
    • Regularly lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds.
    • Must be able to ascend and descend steps, ladders and/or scaffolding if required.
    • Walking and Standing - Requires moving around throughout the workday.
    • Must be able to move in and out of a forklift throughout the work day with ease.
    • Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is exposed to wet or humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles; outdoor weather conditions.
    High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.     The expected pay for this position is $ $25.00 Hourly.

    Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
