    Description
    Director of Business Development

    We are seeking an experienced professional to drive significant revenue growth in our organization. As a highly motivated Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, coordinating, pitching, and gaining new clients across various verticals.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop strategies and create opportunities to pitch new clients
    • Actively manage agency's business development efforts
    • Maintain prospect database
    • Build relationships between agency and key prospects

    Key Activities:

    • Manage regular contact with companies on the prospect list
    • Develop responses to RFPs
    • Work collaboratively with agency teams on RFPs and pitch presentations
    • Organize and direct pitch presentations
    • Provide accurate forecasting of the sales pipeline
    • Prepare weekly new business activity reports

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years advertising agency experience
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings

    Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
