    How You Will Make an Impact

    As the Process Engineer Intern, you will have an incredible opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing business in a highly visible individual contributor position, whose primary responsibility is process improvement, maintain equipment, increase production without sacrificing quality and safety.

    This position is open to entering their Junior or Senior terms.

    There may be opportunities for a full-time position post-graduation for high performers interested in a such a role. Of course, students who have already accepted another role post-graduation should not expect an offer for immediate post-graduation employment at Atlas. Such students may be offered a position on a delayed-start basis, should such an arrangement be of interest and feasible with the students immediate post-graduation employer.

    This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist Operation Team with projects, scheduling, data analysis and ad hoc duties

    + Learn and participate in remote process operation of (2) manufacturing sites

    + Collecting and updating standard operating procedures and guidelines

    + Initiating process improvement projects

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Junior or Senior working towards a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or a similar field (Industrial Process Improvement)

    + Flexibility to work an occasional 12-hour shift for training or backup for the engineers (Day/Night shift)

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
