Contract Upfitting Spec Analyst
to
join our team
Contract Upfitting has a new role within their team that focuses on utilizing technical knowledge to drive sales.
This individual will be focused on quoting upfit through our Holman distributor group while driving for greater reach of Holman product into the commercial industry.
You may be a great fit if you have previous upfitting and sales experience.Hybrid opportunity with Monday and Friday work from home and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office.

Job Description:
Provide upfit expertise to customers by reviewing upfit requests and providing fully detailed quotes and solutions which can be implemented by our Distributor network.
Understand industry evolution and trends
Go to within Contract Upfitting for upfitting knowledge and understanding the abilities of our distributors to execute to the customer's expectations.
Acknowledge and review all quote requests opportunities from customers and FMCs.Partner with Holman stock team to identify upfit opportunities.
Partner with Holman REM team to identify new opportunities.
Utilize industry knowledge to design and quote opportunities.
Partner with local vendors/distributors to find customer solutions.
Create and maintain strong distributor and customer relationships.
Identify opportunities and provide appropriate solutions to Contract Upfitting team and
customers/distributors.
Manage and develop Quick Package Program by reviewing cost structures and opportunity for growth within industry
Education and/or Training:
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of upfitting experience required.
Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are preferred
Proficient in various desktop tools, including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Relevant Work Experience:
3+ years' sales & customer-facing experience required.
5+ years of upfitting experience (required)
Proven sales track record
