Foremost at Sharon is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on both full-time and part-time basis across all shifts. As an RN or LPN with Foremost at Sharon, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and assistance to residents and their families
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in MA
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
