    Housekeeping Inspector - Anchorage, United States - Marriott Anchorage Downtown

    Description
    Duties:
    • Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other designated areas of the hotel.
    • Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds.
    • Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
    • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
    • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests.

    Experience:
    • Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or a related field is preferred.
    • Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
    • Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or software is beneficial.

    Skills:
    • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
    • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
