Physical Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time)Join a Clinic Where Quality of Care Comes First
Bauman Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (or a PT pursuing licensure with a confirmed timeline) to join our established, woman-owned outpatient practice. For 27 years, we have built our reputation on clinical excellence, individualized patient care, strong clinical reasoning and a collaborative team environment. We are currently at capacity, and growing because patients actively seek our approach to care.
Who we are looking for:
- Licensed Physical Therapist or pursuing licensure with a confirmed timeline
- Availability aligned with clinic hours (M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), full-time or part-time
- Interest in outpatient care or specialty areas that integrates into private practice
- Ability to collaborate within a small, team-oriented clinic environment
- Desire for mentorship and ongoing professional growth
- Interest in long-term placement rather than short-term or transitional work
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Pride in clinical quality over productive quotas
