Come and join our real estate management team You will be part of a team that cares for all Gregg Orr properties in Searcy These properties are kept to a very high standard and with company growth we are hiring RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING ROUTINE BUILDING MAINTENANCE TASKS AND OVERSEEING OTHER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS PERFORMANCE OF BUILDING MAINTENANCE TASKS IN ONE OR MORE FIELDS E G CARPENTRY ELECTRICAL HEATING VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING HVAC PLUMBING ETC PERFORM GENERAL CLEANING PERFORM OTHER TASKS AS ASSIGNED ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INSPECTS BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES TO DETERMINE FUNCTIONAL SYSTEMS AND DETECT MALFUNCTIONS AND NEEDED REPAIR MAKES NOTES AND RECOMMENDATIONS USING A PRE ESTABLISHED CHECK SHEET
Responsibilities
- Inspect buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations using a pre-established check sheet.
- Perform minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures wall switches outlets incandescent fluorescent bulbs tubes ballast sockets fuses minor appliances cords etc using appropriate hand power specialty tools.
