    Description
    • Write & debug CMM inspection programs in PC-DMIS
    • Use hand held 3D scanner to collect dimensional data, analyze scan data and create reports
    • Support the AQE & PE with dimensional checks, problem investigation, and resolution
    • Participate in gage design reviews, gage validation, and MSA studies
    • Support other Inteva Interiors metrology labs in Adrian, Gadsden, Bluffton, Matamoros, Solingen, Salonta and Guanajuato (occasional travel required)
    • Maintain perfect safety record
    Position Requirements

    REQUIRED
    • Able to work in team or individual environment
    • Short term travel availability
    • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Ability to multi-task, work within deadlines, prepare, examine, and analyze reports
    • Individual has strong problem solving and decision making skills
    • Motivated individual who possesses strong desire/willingness to continually learn and improve their knowledge and skills
    • Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 20 pounds
    PREFERRED
    • Familiarity with coordinate measurement
    • Basic GD&T understanding
    • Metrology tool usage (verniers, gage pins, gage blocks, etc)
    • Knowledge of vehicle interior parts and assemblies, and related part constructions and/or designs
    • Familiarity with non-contact measurement (arm mounted laser scanning)
    Education Requirement
    Post high school- 2 year or 4 year degree (any field of study) required
