- Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and employee travel & expense reimbursements.
- Research and reconcile vendor and credit card statements, as well as quantity/price discrepancies for purchase order invoices.
- Follow up with customers regarding aged or outstanding A/R balances.
- Coordinate general office functions such as greeting visitors, answering the multi-line telephone system, and directing calls and messages appropriately.
- Conduct credit checks on potential customers, enter new customer information into POS and Sage systems.
- Deposit customer payments using the bank scanner and send collection notices from the Project Operating System (POS).
- Monitor the working condition of office equipment and maintain office and break room supplies.
- Arrange USPS/UPS/FEDEX shipments and handle mail distribution.
- Coordinate and implement special events such as Company quarterly luncheons and annual gatherings.
- Maintain professionalism in interactions with customers, guests, and colleagues, while ensuring a positive work environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 3+ years of experience working in Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of Financial Software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exhibits professionalism in interactions with stakeholders and maintains a professional appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
