SkyWater Search Partners is working with a long-standing construction equipment company to hire their next HR Manager. This client has been family-owned for 3 generations and is rapidly expanding through both organic growth and acquisitions.

Serving as the point of contact for all HR-related items as well as consulting on overall HR strategy, this person will report to the Director of Corporate Services.

Responsibilities

Manage complete employee lifecycle
Providing support for all HR-related issues
Benefits administration
Performance management, coaching and consultation
Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
