Job DescriptionWe have a terrific position for you if you appreciate being out on the open road and being in control of your own career. We are searching for a CDL delivery driver to assist us in delivering new products to our customers in a safe, effective, and timely manner. Our ideal candidate has excellent time management and organizational skills and previous delivery driving experience. Applicants must have a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. $19 - $21 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Prepare any documents or reports necessary as related to delivery or bookkeeping needs
• Maintain full compliance to traffic restrictions and pre-established delivery routes
• Transport and deliver new products to clients in a safe and timely manner
• Double-check orders before and after delivery to guarantee correctness and accuracy
• Provide a great customer experience by communicating with clients in a courteous and professional manner
• Performs pre-and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles utilizing standard equipment inspection reports; notes all issues on equipment inspection report for corrective review/repair
• Immediately report any unsafe situations or service calls to Project Manager or Supervisor before attempting service
• Will be required to perform additional duties, as assigned
• Operates vehicle in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements as well as state, federal, and company guidelines; maintains a clean and safe vehicle
• Other minor duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or related job preferred
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
• Excellent communication skills and time management skills
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record are required
• High school graduate or equivalent experience of a graduate certificate (GED)
