Telnyx is growing fast.We're not just adding headcount — we're physically expanding into new territories, building out facilities in remote locations across the US and beyond.
Right now, we're acquiring sites in Washington State, and we need someone who can hit the ground running.This role is for someone who wants to build things — not sit in meetings about building things.

Most construction management roles have you buried in an office, managing contractors over email. This one puts you on-site, on the road, solving real problems in real time.
You'll Have
Ownership — These are your projects. You're not a cog; you're the person we trust to make it happen.
Variety — One week you're in a remote WA site, the next you're managing a tradeshow build in Europe.
Impact — You're building the physical backbone of a company that's changing how businesses communicate globally.
Autonomy — No micromanagement. We tell you what needs to get done; you figure out how.
About The Role
This is a highly travel-intensive, hands-on position:
Extended on-site assignments (2–3 weeks at a time)
Frequent travel across the US and EU
Some sites are genuinely remote — hours from the nearest city
Travel is project-driven, not routine
This isn't a desk job. It's not for everyone.

What You'll DoLead construction and facility expansion projects from first shovel to final walkthrough
Own exhibition and tradeshow builds — logistics, execution, everything
Manage budgets, schedules, and financial forecasting
Run procurement for construction, technology, and equipment
Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and partners
Handle permits, licenses, and local regulations
Keep sites safe and compliant
Spot risks before they become problems
Who You Are
You've done this before — construction, facilities, large-scale builds
You're sharp with budgets and can forecast without hand-holding
You communicate clearly with everyone from contractors to execs
You're comfortable making calls on-site without waiting for approval
You're mobile — ready to travel at short notice and stay as long as needed
You have a valid driver's licence and don't mind rural roads
You can legally work and travel in the US
Bonus Points
Experience with Procore or similar PM tools
Background in exhibitions, tradeshows, or temporary builds
Mandarin Chinese
A track record of earning trust with vendors and teams
