Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist role:

• Full cycle accounts payable 300 invoices daily
• Invoice matching, data entry, and coding
• Weekly check runs
• Handling exceptions
• Account clean-up- outstanding checks
• Maintain AP email inbox
• Additional accounting needs ad requested

Preferred Experience for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 1-3 years accounts payable experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Sage experience a plus
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
