    Position Overview

    The Surgical Services team at McKesson's US Oncology Network collaborates with surgeons, practices, and operational leaders to enhance the organization's surgical clinical program capabilities. This role involves direct interaction with physicians and practices, requiring effective communication with key stakeholders and leading result-oriented meetings. The Clinical Program Manager will analyze data to develop actionable recommendations, provide market and financial insights, and serve as a subject matter expert in surgery.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Collect business intelligence from various sources to support the development of innovative clinical programs.
    • Translate complex data insights into strategic recommendations for business growth.
    • Design and implement pilots to launch clinical programs, reporting progress to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with medical directors to ensure clinical integrity of projects.
    • Stay informed about the latest trends in data analytics.
    • Apply statistical rigor to projects for insightful recommendations.
    • Explain patient journeys at the time of diagnosis.

    Qualifications

    • Undergraduate degree in healthcare or clinical operations.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

    Essential Skills

    • 3+ years of Oncology health solutions experience.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare data and patient flow.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and manage complex projects.
    • Experience in strategic thinking and project management.

    Additional Skills

    • Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
    • Background in Oncology practice preferred.
    • Clinical experience in GYN, Breast, Colorectal, or Urology preferred.

    Base Pay Range: $92,900 - $154,900
