- 5+ years of contract management
- In-house Paralegal experience or law firm experience a must
- Review of all contracts for changes to standard terms and conditions
- Review of all vendor contracts for terms and conditions. Coordination of contract modifications with department heads, General Counsel and outside counsel as required
- Review and drafting of additional contract documents including MSAs, NDAs, data privacy agreements and more
- Legal research and litigation support
- Coordinate responses to subpoenas, discovery requests and other legal matters
- Administration and review of invoicing from outside legal firms
- Administration of corporate insurance policies
- Provide responses for certificate of insurance requests
- Help develop systems, policies and processes required for cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment within the contract management function and cross- functionally
- Notary Public or willing to obtain within the next year

You will be responsible for a wide range of contract matters and other activities assigned. You will be analyzing customer solicitations and agreements, developing proposal documents, negotiating terms and conditions, participating on a cross-functional team to resolve contract disputes, answering questions and help prepare amendments, renewals, and other documentation.
