- Visually inspect the incoming raw material (packaging conditions)
- IQMS Transactions.
- Store resins and concentrate in a designated area.
- Air and Vacuum lines connected properly.
- Log the raw material in the Receiving Log Book
- Clean air filters on dryers.
- Keep inventory control on raw material.
- Label and keep recycled material in a designated area to reduce the risk of mix-ups.
- Keep machines full of resin.
- Maximize the use of mixing equipment such as Movacolors.
- Lock out/tag out.
- Label the incoming resins with the conforming or not conforming labels previously made per Q.A.
- Follow material instructions, drying time and drying temperatures.
- Ensure the Dryer hoppers are cleaned before filling them up with resin.
- Make resin mixes according to job specifications
- Experience working with plastics.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Fork lift and pallet jack experience .
