    Job Summary


    The Compensation and Global Mobility Manager oversees global compensation and mobility programs, ensuring they motivate and retain talent while complying with regulations.

    Responsibilities include designing policies for employee mobility, managing international assignments, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws. The role involves coordinating with departments, offering expertise on compensation, relocation, immigration, and expatriate tax matters. This position reports to the Sr Manager - Compensation.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities


    Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revisions as well as new plans that are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives; coordinates implementation and provides guidance to Global HR support staff.

    Manages the administration of total direct compensation (executive, exempt and nonexempt cash compensation programs) globally, including the processing, recording, and reporting of compensation-related actions taken on salaried employees.

    Responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of all variable compensation programs (stock plans, incentive compensation plans, retention plans, etc.)

    Leads the analysis and audit of compensation programs to provide recommendations for continuous improvement that will further attract, retain, and motivate the best and brightest talent.

    Conducts salary surveys to ensure compensation objectives are achieved.

    Partners with international HR, business managers and executives to resolve global issues related to compensation, general HR issues and systems.

    Maintains expatriate pay and compensation administration and develops expatriate packages consistent with the company's culture and philosophy.
    Develop and implement global mobility strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

    Manage international assignments including all aspects of employee relocations, from the initial stages of pre-assignment to the final phases of repatriation.

    This involves coordinating with various departments and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition.
    Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality services for relocating employees.
    Conduct cost analysis and manage the overall mobility budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
    Ensure high levels of customer service and support for relocating employees and their families.
    Continuously expands and develops communication to educate managers and promote understanding of company compensation and global mobility programs.

    Qualifications / Experience

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from accredited college or university preferred.

    5-7 years' experience in either compensation or a global mobility role in a business of similar size and complexity.

    Skills & Experience

    High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with ability to produce presentations for a wide array of audiences including Executive-level management.

    Excellent organizational and project management skills as well as the ability to manage concurrent high priority initiatives while meeting committed deadlines.

    Possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different cultures.
    Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud preferred but not required.
