    Currently we are seeking to hire a

    Jewelry Sales Professionals

    for the Icebox Flagship store in Atlanta. You must have the willingness to go above and beyond - always for the customers and the company. In our boutiques, the

    Jewelry Sales Professional

    displays a laser focus on the customer providing them the luxury Icebox experience.
    Pay is $24 per Hour PLUS Commission

    Responsibilities:
    Assist customers in the selection of Fine Jewelry merchandise in a Luxury Brand environment
    Meet/exceed personal weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and CRM goals
    Maintain Icebox standards including replenishment and presentation as well as the general appearance and cleanliness of the store
    Develop clientele/customer base by asking each customer to complete a client profile card/client book
    Handle each customer transaction professionally, efficiently and accurately
    Proficient in credit sales, applications, offerings
    Navigate POS systems and ability to process a sale
    Evaluate jewelry and watches for repair or quality control
    Present and sell designer watches and fine jewelry to new and existing customers
    Resolve customer

    inquiries/complaints
    Assist in updating our newest offerings in our social media channels
    Self-motivated learner whose accountable to the goals of the organization
    Exceed all expectations and flexible to the daily changes of the position

    Standard Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:30pm
    Full Time Up To 40 Hours
