    H&M is utility construction firm providing critical infrastructure for the Power, Oil & Gas Pipeline, Gas Distribution, and Communications markets throughout North America.

    H&M is also a founding member of the ET&D Partnership, a collaborative industry partnership working to reduce fatalities, injuries, and illnesses in the construction industry is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Analyst.


    Responsibilities:
    Pre-screen applicants, schedule and attend interviews, create offer letters via ICIMS.Review background checks.

    Facilitate orientation for non-craft personnel and process their information into our HRIS (UKG) and payroll system (JD Edwards).Administrative tasks including record keeping of employee files, employee updates, questions, employment verification, etc.

    Ensuring compliance with customer contract terms and conditions and compliance of Comapny's policies and best practices.

    Assist on any other HR projectsQualifications:
    Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive employee information.

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent experience2 years of progressive experience in Human resources or a business-related field.

    Proficient in software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
