Employment Counsel - Atlanta, United States - Consilio

Description

Consilio is seeking an Employment Counsel who has 6+ years of experience. Our client, an Atlanta-based distributor, is hiring an attorney on a full-time, short-term basis (40 hours a week for 4-6 months). In this role, the attorney will work on a variety of employment tasks, including general liability & litigation, general employment advice & counsel, managing outside counsel, and interfacing with third party administrators. The candidate must have in-house experience and the ability to commute to the company's Atlanta office 3 times a week.

Qualifications:

• Admitted and actively licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction
• 6+ years employment experience
• Ability to commute to the company's Atlanta office 3 times a week (hybrid work arrangement)
• Customs import compliance and traditional labor law experience a plus but not required

Consilio offers flexible talent placement rates that range from $23 to $200 per hour depending upon experience level and specific skills requested by the client, candidate's general skill set, applicability of candidate skill set to client need, client budget, number of hours requested, and other factors. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
