    Our rapidly expanding law firm is seeking a seasoned Sr.

    This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in the agricultural sector.

    The successful candidate will have a strong background in agricultural law, mediation, and business litigation.

    This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the legal landscape, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

    Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in the agricultural sector, helping them navigate complex legal issues and regulatory requirements.

    Handle a variety of cases related to business litigation, including contract disputes, corporate governance issues, and intellectual property matters.
    Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
    Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
    Collaborate with a diverse team of attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to deliver comprehensive legal services.
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in agricultural law and related areas, ensuring that clients receive accurate and current advice.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their legal needs are met.
    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on agricultural law, mediation, and business litigation.

    Admitted to practice law in the state.
    Proven track record of successfully representing clients in complex legal cases.
    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal information and provide clear, concise advice.
    Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
