- Develop, maintain, and/or re-establish relationships with vendors.
- Liaise with vendors and their partners for system implementation, enhancements and integrations.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Research and recommend system enhancements.
- Ensure system upgrades and updates are deployed in a timely fashion.
- Develop documentation, training, and product support to staff as requested/appropriate.
- Establish and grow external professional connections that will benefit Familylinks and position the agency as a community partner.
- Model the organization's mission and values.
- Bachelor's degree or Information Technology/Computer Science.
- 5 or more years of proven leadership in System processes with the ability to supervise and train others to produce results, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Another combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Healthcare or Social Services experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in all Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.).
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, PHI and PII.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking skills.
