    The Speech-Language Pathologist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care by evaluating and treating patients/residents, communicating with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. They maintain accurate documentation of services in the medical record and conduct ongoing training for facility staff on restorative techniques.

    • Evaluatespatients/residents and develops effective treatment plans with physician approval.
    • SupervisesSpeech-Language Pathology Assistants and Rehab Aides in direct patient/residentcare.
    • Participatesin Facility Performance Improvement programs to drive excellence.

    You will excel as an SLP if you have:


    • A Master'sdegree in Speech-Language Pathology required

    • A current license to practice profession is necessary

    • 2+ years of experience as a Therapist is preferred
