    Job Title: Business Development Associate/Field Sales Associate

    Location: Detroit, MI & McDonough, GA

    Duration: Fulltime – Direct Hire

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate/Field Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in industrial sales and a proven track record of success in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a strong understanding of cloud calling technologies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and opportunities for business growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and meetings.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions tailored to meet client needs.
    • Utilize cloud calling technologies to efficiently reach out to prospects and engage in meaningful conversations.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions, and highlight their benefits to prospects during sales interactions.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
    • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, fostering positive relationships and promoting brand awareness in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our brand.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in industrial sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of cloud calling technologies and experience using them for sales activities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Demonstrated experience in attending meetings with clients, presenting solutions, and handling objections effectively.
    • Proactive attitude with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
