- Operating blown film line to manufacture high-quality products as per customer standards and production schedule
- Gaining and enhancing technical knowledge of the manufacturing process and products through teamwork

- Ability to troubleshoot and train associates by climbing stairs to the primary nip
- Skills in screen change, die clean functions, and operating roll handling equipment

Printpack Jackson - a leading company in the field of flexible packaging - is currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team in the role of Blown Operator.
The Blown Film Operator position requires someone with a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and proficiency in computer operations. The individual should also have a knack for problem-solving.
About the Position:
Work Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.) on a 2/2/3 rotation. The pay rate is $22.06/hr plus a $2.50/hr shift differential for night shifts.
