    CMS is currently in need of a janitor or custodian to uphold cleanliness at our contracted locations on a part-time basis, ensuring the buildings remain tidy and well-maintained.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Integrity and capacity to work autonomously.
    • Access to reliable transportation.
    • Preferably, prior experience in commercial cleaning.
    • Capability to operate a company vehicle.

    SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL ABILITIES REQUIRED:

    • Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and more.
    • Conduct and document regular inspection and maintenance tasks.
    • Occasionally perform intensive cleaning duties and special projects.
    • Report facility deficiencies or repair needs to management.
    • Complete other assigned tasks.
    • Collaborate with fellow team members.
    • Adhere to health and safety protocols.
    • Demonstrate high organization, self-motivation, and positivity.
    • Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Pay close attention to detail and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
    • Work effectively in a team environment.

    OTHER INFORMATION:

    • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday from 5PM-10PM.
    • Applicants will be subject to a test for this role.
    • Valid driver's license is a must.
    • Transportation reliability is required.
    • Successful completion of background check, motor vehicle report, and drug test.
    • May involve lifting objects weighing up to 25 lbs. or more.
