    Director of Nursing (RN) at Shawano Health Services

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage overall clinical operations
    • Ensure quality of care and customer service
    • Compliance with state and federal regulations
    • Effective implementation of core clinical programs
    • Act as clinical representative in the center and community
    • Follow all center policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Demonstrated nursing management experience in long-term care
