As an Operations Support Associate you will provide remittance processing, document management, and records management support for our customers. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your personal skills, strong work ethic, and customer service in a production-oriented position.
Every day, you'll work with Operations team members and other employees to deliver the highest quality of service for our customers.
You will have a hands-on approach to problem solving allowing for effective handling of documents and computer records.Skills and Responsibilities
Be a self-starter, have the capacity to learn quickly with little supervision.
Have the understanding that every task is important to our existing customer relationships and serves as the foundation for future opportunities.
Retrieving, sorting, batching, and logging incoming mail and other records.
Using remittance processing machinery to efficiently open mail and accurately record payments, customer forms, and return mail.
Processing documents and records by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information and steps.
Searching and researching information systems and customer records to resolve exceptions.
Performing administrative and customer service support.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Highly reliable and dependable
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft PCs, Google docs
Have a high attention to detail and accuracy
Be organized and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Bonus points for lockbox, banking or accounting experience; OPEX equipment
