    Looking to make a difference in the health and well-being of diverse communities? UNC Hospitals Rehabilitation Service Line is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist I for an outpatient clinic specializing in pediatric neurological and developmental rehabilitation. If you have experience working with diagnoses like autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and more, this position may be perfect for you.

    Here's what to expect in this role:

    • Experience with complex pediatric neurological diagnoses preferred
    • Opportunity to work with a skilled team of therapists and healthcare professionals
    • Chance to mentor students and provide clinical instruction
    • Contribute to innovative patient care programs

    Responsibilities include:

    • Administering diagnostic tests
    • Teaching and supervising physical therapy students
    • Analyzing test results to establish patient goals
    • Providing quality rehabilitative services
    • Serving as a resource to health professionals and government departments
    • Participating in community health events and screenings
    • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives

    Qualifications for this role:

    • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
    • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina
    • No prior professional experience required

    While you'll be compensated at a competitive rate, offers are determined based on experience and internal equity. This is an onsite, full-time position with flexible hours and potential cross-coverage in interdisciplinary clinics.
