Job summary
The Quality Improvement Coordinator provides administrative coordination and programmatic support for cancer-focused Quality Improvement initiatives within the American College of Surgeons.This role supports QI leadership committees and project teams by managing communications coordinating meetings maintaining content and data and serving as a primary point of contact for QI program participants to support effective engagement and continuous improvement.
This non-exempt position will report to the Senior Manager Education and Quality Initiatives in the Division of Research Optimal Patient Care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules for QI committee meetings project task forces working groups including virtual in-person sessions.
- Prepare meeting materials such as agendas minutes reports presentations for QI committees project teams.
