The DCR is responsible for developing and increasing occupancy levels and high-quality census through actively campaigning to sell the Community's outstanding senior living options and living standards.
Be the community leader responsible for providing the highest level of customer service including building a prospect base, responding to inquiries, generating and giving community tours, and performing purposeful follow-upCoordinates the annual and monthly marketing action plans
Maintains marketing collateral
Completes a weekly marketing report
Maintains Guest and Showrooms
Communicates regularly with department managers, community leaders, and other marketing staff
Sales and marketing experience
Experience working in the senior living industry is preferred
Effective leader who loves working with seniors
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
