    VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

    This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that empowers growth and provides a sense of purpose. As a Volunteer Recruitment Specialist, you will identify and attract volunteers, screen and refer prospective volunteers, and provide support and development to all volunteers. You will also work with community partners and organizations to promote American Red Cross opportunities for volunteering and collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Utilize comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet assigned volunteer recruitment metrics.
    • Conduct general and targeted outreach and recruiting activities to obtain volunteer applicants.
    • Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key volunteer recruitment agencies/organizations, market segments, and populations.
    • Support the development and ongoing refinement of the Volunteer Recruitment Plan.
    • Maintain accurate records of all potential and actual volunteer leads.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
