    Position Summary:
    Represent LX Hausys GA, AL, MS and FL Pan Handle. Implement strategic marketing and planning with my partners to grow HI-MACS, Viatera, and Tercanto sales and market share. Uphold the LX Hausys way.


    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a schedule for visiting key accounts, while keeping it flexible for unforeseen occurrences that must be handled immediately.
    • Keep existing Viatera and HI-MACS accounts updated with current promotions, new products and discontinued products.
    • Support fabricators with samples and literature.
    • Keep eyes and ears on the competitive Quartz and Solid Surface manufacturers. (pricing, promos, inventory, etc.)
    • Support manager by following up on commercial leads with fabricators, implement programs to help drive sales.
    • Support fabricator warranty issues.
    • Maintain and distribute my sample allotment on a monthly basis.
    • Manage Salesforce
    • Find new account possibilities and follow up on any lead big or small

    RequirementsQualifications:
    Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:Education and Work Experience:

    • Undergraduate degree in business, sales, or marketing is beneficial but not required.
    • Experience selling building materials.
    Knowledge of key customers within the territory is preferredKnowledge and Skills:

    • Ability to work independently and maintain a level of organization.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
    • Energetic focus on sales and business development
    • Ability to be creative and a problem solver

    Physical Demands:

    • Position requires regular interaction with customers and clients.
    • Position requires sitting and working on a computer for at least 1/3 of time.
    • Position requires minimal lifting up to 70 lbs .
    • Position requires regular and reliable attendance.
    • Position requires travel up to 90% within the territory.
