- Maintain a schedule for visiting key accounts, while keeping it flexible for unforeseen occurrences that must be handled immediately.
- Keep existing Viatera and HI-MACS accounts updated with current promotions, new products and discontinued products.
- Support fabricators with samples and literature.
- Keep eyes and ears on the competitive Quartz and Solid Surface manufacturers. (pricing, promos, inventory, etc.)
- Support manager by following up on commercial leads with fabricators, implement programs to help drive sales.
- Support fabricator warranty issues.
- Maintain and distribute my sample allotment on a monthly basis.
- Manage Salesforce
- Find new account possibilities and follow up on any lead big or small
- Undergraduate degree in business, sales, or marketing is beneficial but not required.
- Experience selling building materials.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a level of organization.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Energetic focus on sales and business development
- Ability to be creative and a problem solver
- Position requires regular interaction with customers and clients.
- Position requires sitting and working on a computer for at least 1/3 of time.
- Position requires minimal lifting up to 70 lbs .
- Position requires regular and reliable attendance.
- Position requires travel up to 90% within the territory.
