Job summary
We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team in post-acute care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for geriatrics, internal medicine or primary care and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
- Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribing medications create treatment plans collaborating with physicians nurses facility staff educating patients families health condition preventive care documenting patient accurately efficiently.
