Job Description:
Responsible for PE Line sustaining activities at wet process (i.e. Plating, Stripping, Etch, Ball drop plus reflow)

Responsible for setting up critical bumping recipe at plating and ball drop process

In-charge of lot dispositions and OCAP (Out-of-control Action Plan) executions for any deviating material

Lead continuous improvement projects & device qualifications using APQP approach

Work with QM (Quality Management) department to address customer inquiries and issues

Execute CIP (Continuous Improvement Program) or manage projects that contribute to improved yield & cost efficiency

Ensure SPC (Statistical process Control) is maintained and under control

Lead new material evaluation and new process parameter setup
