- Review and reconcile revenue allocations across JV projects and agreements
- Ensure adherence to Joint Venture agreement terms
- Monitor contract compliance and reporting obligations
- Track bids, awards, contract modifications, and renewal timelines
- Coordinate and validate financial forecasting related to JV contracts
- Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of discrepancies or structural inconsistencies
- Maintain structured documentation of JV agreements and financial activity
- Ensure alignment between contract terms and field execution
- Proactively identify operational, financial, or contractual risks
- Maintain required government registrations and database compliance
- Ensure reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate with accounting teams and external partners to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue tracking
- Serve as structured liaison between Veteran Elevator leadership and JV partners
- Provide clear, executive-level reporting on JV performance
- Operate independently with high accountability and disciplined follow-through
- 7+ years of experience in operations, government contracting, finance, or related fields
- Strong financial literacy and comfort reviewing financial statements
- Experience in compliance-driven or regulated environments
- Highly organized with strong documentation discipline
- Ability to operate independently with executive-level responsibility
- Professional communication skills with the ability to navigate partnership dynamics
- Experience within Joint Venture or multi-entity structures
- Background in government contracting or public-sector projects
- Accounting or financial management experience
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Veteran Elevator is an established contractor serving government and commercial facilities throughout the Puget Sound region. We operate within a Joint Venture structure on select government contracts and are seeking a Business Manager to provide structured financial oversight, contract governance, and operational coordination across our Joint Venture operations.
This is a senior-level position reporting directly to executive leadership and plays a critical role in protecting financial integrity, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting disciplined operational execution within our Joint Venture framework.
