    The Front Office Associate will be responsible for performing front office clerical and clinical duties.

    Greet and check-in patients, collect co-pays and paymentsInterview patients for the purpose of gathering health history and current medications - health screeningParticipate in mandatory staff meetings as neededSchedule appointments and answer incoming phone callsPromote TOI's culture of exceptional behavioral standards for customer serviceMaintain and protect confidentiality and security of all organizational information gained in the course of performing job responsibilities including but not limited to, financial and client informationOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or G.E.D.
