    Job Requirements

    To be successful in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, supply chain, or business from an accredited university. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advanced Knowledge working with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams/360, is also essential.

    Candidates should be comfortable with approximately 10% travel requirements and able to adapt to changing priorities.

    Job Description

    The Circuit Breaker Project Manager will oversee the execution of projects within the Product Execution PMO department. The primary goal is to maximize profit margin while maintaining high-level service to clients.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage project budgetary performance to ensure contractual scope of work obligations are met.
    • Submit and schedule performance reports per contract and communicate with customer stakeholders.
    • Maintain customer perception and satisfaction through proactive communication.
    • Manage milestone and progress payments and notify HICO Accounting accordingly.
    • Serve as the initial point of contact for warranty and MRO services.
    • Estimate costs for HICO services with support from HICO Procurement.
    • Review final bid packages as requested.
    • Attend project site and alliance meetings with customers as directed.

    Project Leadership

    • Serve as the single point of contact (POC) with customers.
    • Manage and communicate schedules to customers, suppliers, and internal HICO stakeholders.
    • Communicate contractual milestones to factory and internal stakeholders.
    • Potential travel to Memphis transformer production facility or project/customer locations.
    • Coordinate and support design review meetings.
    • Report any planned budgetary deficit to internal HICO stakeholders and determine root cause.
    • Support HICO procurement functions for assigned projects.
    • Manage scope and budget of services including assembly, oil, HICO field service technicians.
    • Control costs of HICO services and sub-contractors.
    • Request and execute changes orders as required.
