The New Braunfels | San Marcos Cambridge Caregiver position is responsible for attentive, professional, and compassionate care for our valued clients.This role works to actively engage with the clients on a personal level to understand and respond to their needs.
This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to manage and transfer knowledge to other caregivers on the engagement,
excellent communication skills and flexibility in scheduling and tasks.
Caregivers exemplify initiative, client service orientation,respect for others,strong interpersonal skills,and technical excellence.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all clients at all times.In emergency situations,follow Company proceduresand client advance directives.
