    We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team.     Responsibilities:
    As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for:

    • Performing a wide variety of nuclear medicine procedures with a high level of accuracy and quality.
    • Ensuring the safety of patients by adhering to radiation safety measures under the guidelines of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
    • Preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients while monitoring their conditions and reactions.
    • Operating and maintaining all nuclear medicine equipment, including performing quality control tests to ensure accurate results.
    • Collaborating with the nuclear medicine team and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
    • Interpreting data and providing comprehensive written reports for physicians.
    • Participating in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in nuclear medicine.
    • Complying with all hospital policies and procedures, including maintaining patient confidentiality and following HIPAA regulations.

    Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate for this position should have:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
    • Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT) is required.
    • A thorough understanding of nuclear medicine principles, practices, and procedures.
    • Excellent patient care skills, with a focus on delivering a positive patient experience.
    • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in operating a variety of nuclear medicine equipment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Ability to comply with all safety and health regulations related to radiation and infection control.
    • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
