Position Purpose:
Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the state wide marketing & communication programs

• Conduct member outreach and education programs including coordination and creation of member materials
• Assist in the design, review and revision of health-related materials distributed to members
• Participate in community events and coordinate booth set up at sponsored events
• Assist with presentations to community and members on benefits, services available, and health topics
• Ensure the completion of monthly outreach calendars by regional outreach staff for all service areas
• Serve as a contact for community agencies, businesses, fundraisers, community events etcEducation/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of public relations, marketing, or customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Health care experience preferred.

License/Certification:
Valid driver's license.
