    Description

    Service Technician Manager

    Introduction

    We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Service & Parts Manager to join us in providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients. As Service & Parts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our service technicians, including scheduling appointments, managing work order flow, managing the parts and service department and ensuring customer satisfaction. You must have excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills to succeed in this role. If you are passionate about helping others and have experience in management, then we would love to have you join our team

    Job Responsibilities

    •Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service technicians

    •Monitor and evaluate the performance of service technicians

    •Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of service department

    •Ensure that service technicians adhere to safety regulations and guidelines

    •Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner

    •Develop and maintain effective relationships with external clients and vendors

    •Maintain and update service technician time sheets

    •Set goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met

    •Ensure service technicians are compliant with company policies and procedure

    Requirements

    Job Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in management
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
    • Experience working with customers to provide excellent service
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage service technician schedules for efficiency
    • Proficiency in using computer software
    • Ability to handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Ability to manage a staff of 5-8 people
