    Key Responsibilities:

    • To assess callers' needs and ensure first-call resolution of all presented issues.
    • To educate participants on program offerings and promote services while demonstrating knowledge of military culture.
    • To conduct comprehensive professional assessments of users' needs for core NMC/EAP services which may include non-medical counseling, health wellness and other specialty add-on services.
