The Client Care Specialist is primarily responsible for keeping projects moving throughout our system.They are responsible for ensuring that each detail in the customer's order is addressed by managing orders from the point of contract through delivery of product.
The Client Care Specialist works closely with sales teams, engineering, production and 3rd party providers to achieve and provide excellent customer satisfaction.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Proactively assist clients and other team members as necessaryProcess orders, change orders, and leads as necessary in a timely mannerProvide status updates to clients as necessaryUnderstand the clients project timelines and the impacts thereofClient advocate to ensure milestones are being met internally and externallyUse logic and reasoning skills to identify, address and resolve issues that may impede the flow of work or have a negative impact on the company and/or or our clientsAct and interact effectively and proactively to provide timely and quality information to and from all departments and clientsBe effective in working in a team environmentPossess the ability to resolve product/service problems by clarifying the customers complaint.
Determine the cause and expedite the correction/adjustment and follow upAdheres to corporate communication and documentation policyAbility to make the decision that is the right one for the company and the clientAbility to remain focused on the highest priority and the workload at hand without being bothered by distractions and shifting prioritiesProactively prospecting for new clients dedicated phone time each daySell catalog equipment as necessaryWilling and able to work scheduled hours, with some outside standard business hours, if requiredQualificationsRequirements:4-5 years customer service experience in an industrial setting preferredProject Management experience preferredGood phone personality: Must speak in a clear, friendly manner to clients and potential clientsEffective communicator: Ability to listen well to understand clients needs and effectively communicate them internally and externallyExcellent Excel & Word capabilitiesExcellent grammar skillsProven experience in organizational & multitasking abilitiesProven experience in prioritizing work, meeting tight deadlines and managing projectsProven experience in working independently and as part of a teamSome overnight travel possibleConfidentiality agreement requiredWhat we offer:Benefits (medical insurance, vision, dental, life 401K, etc.)Competitive salary based on experienceSam Carbis is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
