Nursing House Supervisors are to provide designated support for the administrative and clinical leadership of the Nursing Department. Serves as a resource for nursing staff. Works with nursing staff, other professionals, units/departments and/or community agencies. Maintains appropriate staffing coverage for clinical units, ensuring standardized data is used in staffing decisions. Supervises and evaluates nursing unit personnel for a specific shift in accordance with established evaluation criteria and personnel policies. Evaluates nursing staff in accordance with established standards of care, evaluation criteria and personnel policies. Sign on BONUS of $10,000.12 hour shifts (3 x 12s)Prefer two years work experience in a psychiatric treatment setting with children, adolescents or adults Licensed as a registered Nurse in Illinois.
A thorough knowledge of JCAHO, Medicare, OSHA regulation and all other state and federal regulatory standards.May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
